You may first contact Roy K. Farber by e-mail or fax: please try to keep these communications to several questions, without a lot of detail.  Be sure to leave your telephone number, because you will have to talk with him before setting the appointment for your Initial Consultation.

When you telephone him, or he calls you back, he will find out about your situation, not in any great detail, but rather just so that he may determine that he is an right attorney for you to meet: for example, he is not a Bankruptcy Attorney, and no longer practices Personal Injury Law.

If, instead, you do have Family Law issues, which is his area of expertise, he will schedule your Initial Consultation at a time that is good for both of you, usually within one or two days.  He may ask you bring certain documents with you to the meeting that may be important to his analysis.  Please refer below regarding the cost of an Initial Consultation in his office.

Your Initial Consultation is best done in his office, and not by phone: however, if it must be by telephone, then arrangements shall be made with him in advance, and it will be on another day.  Please refer below regarding the cost of an Initial Consultation by telephone.
